At Unos, we pride ourselves in fresh and house prepared foods, starting with the best in freshness and quality. We select USDA Certified Angus Beef, and fresh grated mozzarella cheeses to hand crafted pizza dough, made fresh throughout the day for our fabulous Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza, with that buttery yet flaky crust that is so famous! We have some excellent options for our guests 12 and under, with an interactive menu that teaches our young guests about calories, and eating a balanced diet. Additionally, we offer smaller plates for our guests that are looking for satisfying meals that are sized just right for them.

We have one of the best sports bars in town, with great bartenders who are eager to serve up some of our great beers or prepare your cocktail just the way you like it. We now carry several Craft beers that change throughout the year! We also carry a wide selection of on tap beers and bottled beers sure to please a beer lovers palate. Add to that some of the best small Snack Your sized meals starting at $2.99! These items include Lobster Sliders, and buffalo wings, as well as tacos and fondues and burger sliders. The selection is very wide and appealing. We have over 11 wide screed HD TV screens always playing your favorite sports program.

OUR HERITAGE:
The Uno® story begins in Chicago in 1943 when Ike Sewell developed deep dish pizza and opened a new type of restaurant at the corner of Ohio & Wabash. It was here that Ike served a pizza unlike any that had been served before. Buttery 'out-of-this-world' crust that had a tall edge like a fruit pie. He created a recipe that combined authentic Italian spices and quality tomatoes with more cheese than people could believe and then baked it for nearly an hour. When people tasted it, they wanted more of the same and the lines have been forming ever since to get into the restaurant.

THE NEW UNO:
Today, Uno® still draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original. Each restaurant still makes their deep dish pizza fresh, from scratch every day. With the times, Uno® is adjusting its menu to how people want to live their lives.
